At Eve, our story began with a personal health journey that inspired a passion for nourishing and delicious beverages. In 2017, our founder Janae's mother was diagnosed with stage-three carcinoma breast cancer. In an effort to boost her immunity, Janae shifted her mother to a plant-driven lifestyle focused on the vitamins and minerals found in fruits and vegetables. This lifestyle change proved to be a game-changer and helped her mother make a full recovery.
This experience inspired Janae to start cold-pressed juicing as a hobby to incorporate more essential nutrients into their daily routines. After sharing her journey through Instagram vlogs, her juices quickly became a hit among friends, family, and strangers. Soon, Janae's small kitchen operation grew, and became one of the most popular vendors at Kansas City's Farmers Market.
But Janae's aspirations did not stop there. Driven by a passion for creating nourishing and functional beverages, she set out to bridge the gap between cold-pressed juice and shelf-stable functional beverages. Months of research, sourcing, and strategic planning led to the creation of EVE.
